Volunteer/Workshare Interest Form

Welcome! We are excited to expand our long-term volunteering program, beyond supporting our annual conference.* This interest form seeks to learn a little about you as an interested volunteer. Once we receive your interest, we will reach out to schedule a one-on-one virtual chat and find the right fit for you. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Accommodations 

We aim to make Pasa as inclusive as possible, though are limited by the spaces we inhabit (e.g. farms) and activities we are seeking support for (e.g. crowded event spaces). That said, we will have a wide array of volunteering opportunities and are seeking volunteers of all abilities and walks of life.

Workshare
Interested in utilizing our Pasa conference workshare? Workshare trades your labor for free registration: 4 hours/1 day of admission, 8 hours/2 days of admission, or 12 hours/3 days of admission.

Starting this year, volunteering hours completed both at the conference and outside of the conference will count towards admission. Eligible hours for the 2027 Conference will include those volunteered from September 1, 2026 - February 13, 2027.
