The “Advocacy Toolbox Speaker Series” brings together a lineup of speakers who offer both subject matter expertise and real-world advocacy experience. From developing relationships with legislators to harnessing the power of research, this speaker series is designed to equip farmer advocates with the tools they need to make an impact. 


In the second part of this advocacy series, we’ll discuss tips and tricks for hosting impactful on-farm events. We’ll be joined by Destiny Zeiders of the PA House Agriculture Committee and Ty Holmberg of Sankofa Community Farm. Together, they’ll share from their many experiences hosting and attending events. Whether you’re interested in hosting community potlucks or taking your local elected officials out for a farm tour, you’ll leave this webinar with practical ideas and a good sense for how to host an effective event!
