Scaling Up With Herbs

Wednesday, July 23
1-3 pm
About the workshop

Join us for a tour at Katydid Hill Farm and discover what it’s like to start and grow your own herb farm.

Are you interested in diversifying your farm operation? Adding herbs to your crop list could be the way to go!

Katelyn Melvin, owner and operator at Katydid Hill Farm, will guide us through their herb farm and share insights into launching an herb enterprise. You’ll learn about essential tools and equipment for harvesting, drying, and processing herbs–from herb dryers and mills to storage strategies to help maintain quality and maximize value.

Whether you’re dreaming big or just herb-curious, this tour is your chance to learn all about herbs!
